"The initial meeting with Terry was very successful. He explained everything clearly and answered our questions with patience.

He explained the whole building process with clarity. from architects drawing through council planning application to the actual building work. We had five quotes before we chose to go with Asset. They were very competitive on price and were the only ones willing to accept stage payments. This flexibility meant we could judge the quality of the ongoing build before any money changed hands.

We were also very lucky with the weather and the total build time was just six weeks! There was very little disruption to our lives as the builders always acted with extreme consideration for our wishes and comfort.

 

The overall quality of workmanship was excellent. The team employed were skilful, punctual, friendly, tidy and extremely hard-working. Any queries we had were dealt with very quickly and efficiently by the project manager whom we saw most days or talked to on the telephone.

We are very pleased with our loft, we have increased the floor space enormously and gained a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
