Project Overview: Our client approached us with the desire to transform their dated three-bedroom semi-detached house into a modern and spacious five-bedroom home. The project aimed to encompass a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing structure, along with the addition of a loft conversion and a ground floor extension.

Scope of Work:

• Structural Upgrades: The project began with a thorough assessment of the property's structural integrity. Necessary repairs were made, ensuring the foundation and framework were sound.

• Plumbing and Heating: A full re-plumb was undertaken, including the installation of a new boiler and Megaflow system to provide efficient heating and hot water. All existing radiators were replaced to improve energy efficiency.

• Electrical Rewiring: To meet modern safety standards and accommodate increased electrical demand, a complete rewiring of the property was carried out. This included the installation of new outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.

• Interior Refurbishment: Every surface of the interior received attention, from the walls to the ceilings. A full re-plastering was completed, creating a fresh canvas for the new design elements.
